Epic POS Pro is an Android based app that is available from us and will soon be available on the Google Play Store. It works with the Vigore POS Pro version which has Mobile POS device integration. If your business requires mobile devices, then the Vigore POS Pro version can support as many devices within the premise. Additional costs may vary from case to case. We also have Ingenico Bluetooth EMV/NFC and Swipe options to work with Moneris Payments

Return & Refund Policy:
Thanks for choosing Amber Systems Technologies, we’re here to help. Returns You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. All hardware are subject 15% restocking fee and no refund on software, services, customized labor such as programming, installation or trouble shooting. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In any circumstances for what so ever reason, the company will not Refund or Claims made more than the purchase price will be entertained at any given stages of usage or deployment.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
